I notified the owner that the car was not cleaned on the outside, the sunroof was messed up, the interior of the car smelled like cigarettes and some other odor that was unbearable at times, we ended up purchasing car fresheners to put in the vents which didn’t help much. It was nauseating. We didn’t have time to switch vehicles bc we were going to a wedding or we would have. The owner admitted he didn’t have time to prepare the vehicle for us and apologized. Also the brakes squealed, we usually rent near brand new vehicles but thought the car would be perfect for a wedding since it was a Cadillac but we were wrong and would not rent this car again.

I'm sorry that the exterior of the car was dirty, I do admit that I didn't have time to do the outside but did make sure the inside was very clean. Unfortunately other guests do also share the vehicle and they break the rules and smoke. I cannot help that, I wish turo would do more to smoking violators but it's even hard for us to get smoking charges on those guest who do break the rules. Please try to be kind and remember I'm the doing the best I can to accommodate everyone.
Great host, very fast response. Zachary is ontop of anything that might pop up so I would recommend renting from him as anytime you need a car!
