Got a flat tire due to the snow and chunks of ice falling off someones car on the highway. Spare tire was locked in trunk without the special key needed to unlock it. Communication was terrible on customer services end and the host end. Was left stranded by road side assistance and was still charged without any assistance being provided. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Turo should be extremely ashamed of how they have treated me.
