Overall, I had a good experience with this rental. The owners were excellent at communicating, kept me informed throughout the process, and were punctual, which made pickup and drop-off easy. The vehicle was clean and worked well for my trip, although there were a few random stains and the driver’s side pillar trim was somewhat detached. My only real inconvenience was that the car was not provided fully charged, so I had to go out of my way to charge it before starting my trip. Despite these minor issues, I would still recommend this rental to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle for a trip.
