Having a hybrid car was AMAZING for a road trip I took with the car. No issues - easy directions to pick up

car is in poor condition : drives badly, tape holds many exterior parts in place , interior front panel in front of front passenger was falling off, magnetic phone didnt work so phone fell off. bumpy ride due to old shocks .
Car was parked 4 miles from the airport . I didn’t notice that when I signed up so may be my fault . Owner said take an uber which would. have cost $45 , more than one day rental cost .
Not able to use my American Express car insurance as Turo not eligible so I had to pay out of pocket .

2013 car, facing Turo guests for 4 y, many careless & negligent, results in scratches, cracks, dents, etc.
BUT, it's safe, reliable, 100% mainten., w/good cost X benefits.
Excessive heat, made phone holder (a bonus), fell off (already replaced).
Address is shown & we offer delivery. In normal (day/h) Uber is cheaper than Airport fee. Loose panel may be caused by guest who MUST have put feet where shouldn't, because I noticed it only after trip ends. We offer a fancy car, but is more expensive
Host was a great communicator and responded quickly to messages. I feel he really went out of the way to accommodate our family and was sincere. Would highly recommend reserving from him!
