Betson was amazing to communicate with. Very very fast and helpful. The car was not cleaned prior to our rental though. That was very disappointing. Turo actually had a couple mistakes on this trip. The biggest one is when I switched my trip to leave early, the app changed my drop off location. I did not do it. The customer service rep, charged me $67 to switch it back to the original pick up/drop off location. He kept putting me on hold and then coming back and saying that he couldn’t help me that it was my fault. He had me on hold a total of 37 minutes (I felt he did it on purpose) he wouldn’t change the pick up for my host to accept my change until I agreed to pay the fee and he would not let me talk to a supervisor.
