Unfortunately, we haven’t figured out how to predict when a random rock will strike a windshield. We disclosed the damage immediately, documented it, and offered a full refund before the trip. You chose to proceed. What this review omits is that we received multiple excessive-speed alerts exceeding 110 mph, and the vehicle was returned with additional damage, including the front bumper molding being displaced. We believe transparency deserves fairness in return.
