It took me waaaaayyyy too long to find the car.

EXCELLENT gas milage. ~30+ mpg. Drove for a week and didn't have to fill up until I returned. Bluetooth worked well. AC was ice cold. William is quick to respond and helpful. Would book again.

I hate to leave bad reviews, rarely ever have I. But this is gross what this guy is trying to do to scam an extra buck. I already paid almost 400 for a 2013 car that sounds like an old airplane going down the road and then I’m told to text him instead of app (so they can’t see him hustling more $ out of you). He uses app for official messages but in text tells you that it cost $50 cash to deliver car to you and $30 cash to drop it off at airport or you can do it in a parking lot next door and then walk 30 minutes if your fit to the airport. Ok why? Just to get extra money out of people bc it’s too hot to walk and miss your flight!? That’s just gross. Raise your prices instead of surprising people. He was like 30min late so he said I would get free delivery which I had no idea what he was even talking about. I didn’t understand what he was up to til it was time to drop off and didn’t have cash to give him and seen where it was that I could drop the car off for free and it’s rediculous, total obvious scam that makes no sense other than to con more money. I would have missed my flight but didn’t have cash so I asked him what the reason was and pointed out that it made no sense and said I was sorry but I’m dropping it where I picked it up at the airport and I had no cash. The app never mentioned cash fees when purchasing only in his texts later do you find that out. The app does have that parking lot next door listed as drop off but when he explained it to me it was like a pigeon scam, he gave me 3 different locations that didn’t make sense and then said oh rules changes and ended with it will be at the car rental lot and delivery ain’t free. He explains in the app that the lot listed is a short 5 min walk to airport that’s mostly lit and paved lol. 5 min if you cut through the swamp maybe. 30 min to take the normal way for someone not carrying luggage and in good shape! I told him that I wasn’t just out vacationing I was there for an unexpected last min funeral and I didn’t have the extra cash but he can send me a link to PayPal him the money when I got home. I wasn’t happy about it though. He replied and said sorry for loss no worries so I thought ok he did the right thing. Today I get a charge for gas $20!! Have the picture showing it a smidge under full when picked up and literally 1 mile away I filled it full $66 and picture showing it more full than when I picked it up. My card statement shows I prepaid $50 and then minutes later prepaid another $20 because it wasn’t full yet but it only used $15.50 and it was full to the rim. Then drove less than a mile to his scammy dead end street drop off location that was more inconvenient for both of us and then had to drive it around the corner to the actual airport. He’s going to find one way or another to get more money out of you for this POS car. Sad it had to be this way. Would have much rather him be a decent person and not a total con artist. I would have paid less to rent from airport and was just trying to save $20 but after he’s done with it it will have cost more than if I got a brand new hybrid from the airport rental. Thanks man; hope when you have an unfortunate and tough trip to make to one your loved one’s funeral you don’t have to deal with any trying to scam you along the way. I know times are tough but there’s other ways to make some extra cash.

Directions were clear car was clean no issues. Smh questions were answered with a quick response. Appreciate the service and the quick response.

As always, pick up and drop off was smooth and easy. Car ran great and was clean throughout.
