Car was a little hot driving and battery went out fast. Wouldn't recomend for long trip or kids

During your trip, temperatures in Austin exceeded 100°F every day. In those conditions, every EV uses significantly more energy because the battery cooling system and A/C run continuously. That is normal operation, not a vehicle defect.
You also had difficulty using the Turo app, yet those app-related issues were reflected in your ratings of my hosting. The car was fully functional, and I responded promptly whenever you needed assistance.
Roman’s car description was accurate, however, after reserving the vehicle, I quickly sent a message to see whether the car has a J1772 adapter. Roman replied around an hour later stating that he does have one. Very close to the pickup time, Roman replied that he does not have an adapter. At this point, it was too late for me to cancel my trip without a cancellation fee. I have a level 2 charger at home and the only reason why I decided to reserve this car was because I thought I’d be able to charge at my house.

Thank you for your feedback. The listing never stated that a J1772 adapter was included. This adapter is only needed for charging from a non-Tesla Level 2 charger. Most Tesla renters use the Tesla Supercharger network, which is the standard charging option for this vehicle. While I initially thought I had an adapter available, it was never advertised as part of the rental, and even the charging cable itself is provided only as a courtesy.
Host was cool and nice. He let me get my items I left in the car when I forgot to take it out. Wonderful !
