Ok could’ve been better did not get a code for the gate. Had to wait for someone to come open.
Thank you for the feedback. I’m sorry to hear there was any difficulty accessing the gate. The gate code and full pickup instructions were provided in writing through the Turo trip messages prior to pickup, and I also spoke with the guest by phone to direct him to those written instructions. I always aim to make the check-in process as clear and smooth as possible, and I’ll continue improving the instructions for future guests.
