The owner and vehicle was not prepared when I arrived. He was very pleasant and worked to tidy up and fill the windshield wiper fluid. Towards the end of the trip, I received a warning that the tires were low. I used the air pump in the car which revealed that all four tires were very low. Luis was responsive to messages and helped me work through the issues, including a warning that the oil service was also due. It was concerning to have these issues because we were in the mountains. However we were able to resolve the concerns and Luis worked with me in a positive manner.
