No thanks. Host not detailed enough with directions, the host should always explain how to open the lock box right away and should help you with details on getting to the parking garage at the airport so you don’t have to drive around lost, then wants to charge you extra for gas. The doors gave trouble locking , and there is no key fob, had to do everything manually. The car was not hands free so I still had to touch the radio , opposed to using the buttons on the wheel. That was an inconvenience for me personally.

We automatically send every guest a message with detailed instructions on how to use the lockbox, as well as the exact address of the parking garage. In addition, I called you as soon as you told me you were having trouble getting to the airport parking garage for the drop-off so I could help.
Overall, I'm honestly surprised by this review.
The process was very easy and the car drove well! It also was pretty good on gas.
