Car quality: This car drove well and did not give me any mechanical problems throughout my trip. The thing that needs to be addressed is the cleanliness. The car needs to be washed before it goes to the next renter. The interior needs to be cleaned throughly before a new guest. It looks like they have a membership to a car wash in their area but the car was not washed and cleaned properly before I received the keys.
Pick up location: The location is totally fine. The lockbox worked without any issues.
Host: Upon returning the car I thought the gas needle was on full but apparently it was not and I was charged for the gas plus a $10 convenience fee. Totally fine, it was only 3 gallons of gas. I’ll take it as a lesson learned. I simply asked for the convenience fee to be removed but after multiple messages it was not removed and I just paid the invoice to prevent further frustration.
