Car was great host was understanding and helpful

The car is good for a no frills get around. Very reliable. Great on gas. Joe was very responsive and excellent at communicating. The only hiccup was drop off. There were no parking spots at the original address so I had to wait about 25 minutes to do a key hand off and park which made me late for a reservation and miss the opening performance. I recommend having a designated drop off to make check out more seamless.
Thank you for your feedback. Most host rely on street parking as we are not big companies that have large parking lots available. Most of those companies are closed on weekends, here with turo, guest have more flexibility during weekends. I usually make myself available to be ready when is time for guest to return a car, in your case, you dropped off the car ahead of time, reason I was not expecting you to be here that early. I’ll keep your feedback in mind and thank you for such.
