Vehicle had bad tires, which is a huge safety issue. Returned car early for this reason
Guest kept the vehicle the entirety of their trip and reported tire damage after checkout. We were never notified of any low tire information before or during the trip. We are always willing to accommodate a vehicle swap when possible. We have since replaced the tire that was damaged due to this trip and submitted all documentation to Turo.

Car only had a half tank of gas when it was brought to me when I’m expected to refuel? Pretty inconvenient
This reservation was force placed by Turo with a 1 hour pickup window when our lead time is set to three hours. We accommodated the last minute booking even though it did not fit our settings. We advised the guest that they did not fill up the vehicle since it was not dropped off at a full tank.

Car ran well. Tires have no meat. One tire was down to 19 psi. When you land in a new town literally right after a tornado last thing you want to do is going hunting for a gas station that provides air. I understand it may not happen too often in Texas but it happen to be raining when we landed and the wipers left streaks which just made seeing the roads worse. Cant fully say i felt safe this car.
