Great car! Even better customer service! There was a bit of a mixup with the pickup location, but it wasn’t a big deal. Kenan was there to help every step of the way. Next time I’m in pit, I’m definitely booking with them again!

Dropping off. I was told I would meet the person at 6:30 am. Before I left, I got a canned response that I should “leave the car with Globe parking and they’d take care of it.” Globe parking is by the airport. I was traveling by train. There is NO Globe parking at the train station. I waited until my train departure time, and nobody showed up. I left the car in a short term spot (where it will likely be towed) and left the keys in the center console, because there was no way in hell I was missing my train. I refuse to be held responsible for towing charges because Turo could not arrange my drop off properly. If they say I have to pay for towing, I WILL fight it. And Turo, you just lost a customer.

The pickup process was smooth and easy, and the host was friendly, professional, and very responsive. Everything was exactly as described, and I couldn’t have asked for a better rental experience. I would definitely rent from this host again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, comfortable, and great-looking vehicle! 🚗💯❤️
