The car battery kept dying. But reliable.

I was genuinely surprised by your 3-star rating. The car had a nearly new, fully functional battery, which was drained because the lights were left on. When you contacted me, I personally came to help, unlocked the car, and got it started for you. I’m therefore disappointed that I received a low rating for a problem that was not caused by the vehicle. I always do my best to support my guests and provide excellent service
