The car was an amazing drive . At pick the car was clean, the host was amazing easy to communicate with,responsive. I definitely be booking with them again.

Vehicle was really dirty, scratched up rims, inside was all sticky and stinky so I had to immediately have it detailed, vehicle almost cut off twice at stop lights, there was a bad rattling noise under the vehicle that continued to get worse, vehicle was delivered with a crack in the windshield ‘they said it happened on the way there’

Unfortunately, this review doesn’t accurately reflect the condition of the vehicle. The guest raised these concerns shortly after delivery and we addressed them immediately. The vehicle was delivered clean and in good operating condition. The guest was also unhappy with the total cost of the trip due to Turo’s additional fees, which are outside of our control. We stand behind the condition of the vehicle and always make every effort to take care of our guests.
