The car was clean and in good working order. We found it easily using the Turo app and Moses' instructions. Never having driven a Tesla before it was interesting to get to know this car a bit.
The reason it's not a 5 star review is that this cars range was far below what we expected. We wound up having to make 2 trips (30 mile round trip) to charge at a supercharger over our 5 day trip, and we were not driving very far each day - less than 25 miles not including the supercharger trips.

Easy pickup. Clear communication. The car was clean and ready to go. It was my first time driving a Tesla and it did not disappoint. Milton even provided a car seat which he washed, dried, and installed prior to pickup.

My wife and I started our weekend terrible. Our personal vehicle broke down on the side of the interstate I-26 in NC. We started with a confirmed reservation at enterprise Asheville airport. We get there and they told us they don’t have any vehicles available and none of the other rental companies had any either. We get an uber to our hotel in Maggie valley and on the way there found out there was an enterprise location not far from our hotel but not open on the weekends, go figure. A friend of ours said to try Turo and we were able to find Milton’s Tesla “Megatron”. We were a little concerned at first never have driven one before but Milton talked us through and made our experience with Tesla great. Also Turo’s price was cheaper than the major rental companies. If anyone is in the area of Western NC and needs a rental look for Milton. Milton is an Air Force veteran and very easy to work with. He answered all questions whenever we messaged him in a timely manner. Provided us with a nice, clean car to drive until we were able to get a one way rental back to SC while our car is in the shop.
