The car was supposed to be at the airport. What they don’t tell you is that they want to meet you and drive you to nearby Starbucks to take the car. I had to wait which defeats the whole point of Turo. Gas tank not full. Car pulls to the right and front brakes need work. Drop off they wouldn’t allow me to drop the. Ar at the airport but had to meet the hosts wife because he was too busy at the Starbucks and so the whole thing in reverse. I won’t rent this car again.

Sorry to hear the issue , car had no issue at all . Infact guest attitude was very rude since the start . Complaining about trip price . Should read the listing before booking.
I ordered the car to be picked up at airport. The owner then decided to pick me up and take me to a Starbucks so he didn’t have to pay parking fee. Then he made me meet me him at the Starbucks instead of dropping off at airport which added time and excessive stops. I filled up the gas before I met him but he said I needed to top it off again. So I told him to go to the gas station next to Starbucks but he didn’t. I asked him why and he said he could turn around when we were at the airport but I told him I didn’t have time to go back and forth. He said he would charge me and I said no because he should have drove us to the gas station. He said not to worry about it, implying that he would cover it. And then billed me on the app anyway. I would definitely not recommend renting from this owner. His system is not transparent at all.

Don’t like to return the car with full gas as received.
I had a great experience. No trouble with the car The owners were very kind. I would definitely use them again if I’m in the area.🤗

Car ran great, the host was on time and punctual and communicated great. Even dropped us at the airport so we didn’t have to figure out the confusing parking at the airport.
