Zero stars is most appropriate. Worst experience I’ve ever had with Turo or any rental format. Car was filthy, reeked of marijuana and tobacco, and mechanically had issues. All clothes worn in the vehicle will require dry cleaning due to odor. Car should not be in the Turo rental pool. It tarnishes the brand.

The car seems to be experiencing a transmission issue. Occasionally will not leave 1st gear in Drive. Have to turn vehicle off and on to get the full function back
