Host was responsive and checked in on me towards the end of my trip. Car was clean and full tank of gas. I have rented from them before and they are great!

Hi so sorry you did not have a great experience, I believe that you insulted one of my employees who was simply explaining the car you chose did not have a feature and you got really upset about it. This review is not warranted.
