Great owner! But trash platform. Turo made mistake in my monthly payments and when I went to turo administration they harassed me for more than 15 days. They messed up my payments so bad that it eventually ruined my credit score. And now turo is not even there to take accountability. Jimmi is one of the best people I have ever met. This 5 star I am giving only to owner. Would recommend Jimmi to anyone blindly but again turo management is Trash.

The car is great. The owner was great, but I had to extend my trip by six days and Turo doubled the price per day. I was confused by that and quite disappointed.
Also, I did not realize I had to close out when I returned the car. It was returned at 11:45 not at 12:45 which is now.
