An advantage of Turo has been ease of pick up so having to take shuttle to long range parking lot & use keypad to enter the car waa not that easy..
Also I hadn't noticed i had to pay for the parking & never had to do that with a Turo rental before
We appreciate your feedback! We did let you know in our message as soon as you booked your trip that the vehicle would be in the shuttle lot. If you wanted it parked somewhere else, you could have let us know then.
The keypad - Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about that. We sent photos of where the keypad is on the car to help you find it.
Turo’s terms of service states the guest is responsible for parking which we stated to you when you booked.

The car ran smooth. Was great on gas , very roomy and loved everything about. The host were great in keeping in touch. Would highly recommend them for your next trip. I look forward to renting from them again . Thanks for a beautiful and easy rental process.

The car was great! I had originally booked a different vehicle, but due to a recall, I was contacted and offered a replacement. The replacement ended up working perfectly.
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
Keep the vehicle tidy
Unreasonably dirty vehicles may result in a $150 fine

Missing fuel may result in an additional fee
