This car is in excellent condition, very clean, and a joy to drive. Owner Essam is a great host and communication was perfect. Beautiful car - I will book it again!

Excellent host! As soon as we identified an issue with the vehicle he immediately picked it up, took it to get fixed and left his car with us so we weren't stranded. He was back within a couple of hours. Very good man and nice car

This car had a very bad smell upon pick up. The windshield wipers were very bad so when it rained we had to drive with the hazards on due to limit visibility. The passenger door was unable to open from the inside. Lastly the car was not cleaned, there were dog hair and dirt everywhere .

I was there when this car was cleaned and I was able to check it before the trip car was cleaned the perfect way and the only reason the guest mentioned the smell is that he smoked in the car and he wanted to cover that with his complaint
This trip was ended on time and the complaint is only to cover smoking in the car and to request a refund
Also car got professionally smoking treatment after the trip
The passenger doesnr ooen from the inside. In order to exit the vehicle you have to roll the window down.
The gas cap cover is lose.

Sorry for the inconvenience but there is a child lock in the door you can easily release it
It is something to protect the children not be able to open the door
Also about gas cap all those cars comes without gas cap it’s designed like that in all 2016 and up Lincoln’s and Fords
It was incredibly convenient to have the car delivered directly to me while my vehicle was in the shop. Thank you so much for the service! The price was extremely reasonable, especially considering the concierge treatment :)
