The Kia was really well maintained, the hosts communication was amazing and Esam was so easy to deal with! I would highly recommend him!

It needed a lot of maintenance. The left front light was out for majority of the trip. The battery died on me within the first few days. The breaks are weak and need replaced. In my opinion It made my experience unpleasant.
This trip was for 18 days and was completed till its end without a single complaint from the guest
I am surprised by this review since no one heard from the guest even me or turo
No even a single text of complaint
Of course we can help if we receive any complaint but he didn’t
Also all your concerns was sent to our tech to check it out and it’s ready for next trips
And as an advice for you call host if you have an issue if there is no response call turo to change the car for you

Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
Keep the vehicle tidy
Unreasonably dirty vehicles may result in a $150 fine
