Unfortunately, the vehicle did not meet our expectations at all, particularly given the premium price we paid for a Jaguar convertible. The car was very dirty when we received it and had several mechanical and electrical issues throughout the trip.
Most concerning was the way the vehicle drove. It pulled significantly while driving and at times felt shaky and difficult to control. Toward the end of the trip, the pulling became severe enough that we felt unsafe and had to reduce our speed considerably to return the vehicle safely.
We also experienced problems with the driver's window, which frequently would not close completely unless we opened the door. This became especially problematic during rain and when going through tolls because we had difficulty getting the window to seal properly. The center console lights intermittently went in and out, and at one point the air conditioning/blower stopped working before eventually coming back on.
Given all of these issues, we did not feel comfortable attempting to operate the convertible top at all, which was particularly disappointing since the convertible was one of the primary reasons we paid a substantial premium for this vehicle.
We communicated these concerns to the host during the trip, and he was responsive, apologetic, and indicated that he planned to have the vehicle inspected. We appreciate his responsiveness; however, the overall condition of the vehicle and, most importantly, the safety concerns significantly affected our experience. Definitely not worth the premium pricing.

A lot of fun in the sun- but a little pain in the rain (a little leaky) but he said he is going to get it fixed. Very responsive and accommodating our requests!

The car was great, a hoot to drive and suited our little Cape Cod getaway perfectly. Convenient and quick pickup and drop off. Definitely recommend.
