This includes washing, vacuuming, general wipe down, and sanitizing with a disinfectant that meets leading health authority requirements. **Guidelines** 1) The vehicle MUST be returned with a full tank of gas unless prepaid fuel was added at the beginning of the reservation. If the vehicle is returned without a full tank of gas, we will charge all guest the price to fill up plus a $10 convenience fee per Turo refueling fees. 2) Return the vehicle in the same clean condition as received. 3) NO SMOKING OR VAPING! Based on Turo fees, we will charge up to $150 to get the smell out of the car. 4) NO PETS! Based on Turo fees, we will charge up to $150 to clean if evidence of a pet is found. 5) Trip extensions must be communicated BEFORE the end of the trip. We will do our best to accommodate the needs of the renter. 6) Starting 24 hours before the trip start time, Turo requires all guest to upload a photo of your license and a selfie of yourself.
