The car ran well and the host communicated well. My only nitpick is that the car was dirty. I had to take it through the wash immediately and it showed some wear.

I cleaned this car throughout it had rained a little earlier so there was dried rain drops all car have some wear the car is 4 years old and a rental..Please understand nitpicks can effect a hosts account in a major negative way 😕 Agolrythms are real I have car notes a house payments as well as a kid please don't rate me on nitpicks this is literally my life and how I make a livng please keep this in mind.. thanks car runs great good on gas and ready for next rental thanks i

the issue I had is with Turo. their information wan confusing and unclear. I got several messages telling me I was late returning the car and would get fees added on, when I had already checked the car back in , an hour early. I finally had to call Turo to get it to stop..

I am not turo..a guest has a bad experience with turo app had nothing to do with my customer service these types of rating really hurts my account and metrics from getting book please separate the host me from the airport and turo I work for the app please don't give me bad reviews from airport issues ,emotional travels this my business and how I make a living..Please be mindful that your confusion and lack of understanding is a personal responsibility my business shouldn't have to suffer 4 it
