As a first time Turo user, I couldn't be happier. Hangpo was as communicative and gracious as I could have hoped. The car, a Mercedes SL55 AMG, hiccuped just as it was being fired up to be brought to the Hotel. The renter remedied the situation and still got it to us at the time and location we agreed on. If I was concerned about the car's condition, I was offered an equally fun car to drive but I stayed with the AMG and I'm glad I did. I have no investment in giving Turo this high praise, nor did I know the Renter. If he is representative of the company, cheers to Turo. He answered all my questions during the 4 day trip, and I had a few, with grace - remember, he was dealing with a first time user. Would I go with Turo again? Absolutely.
