I rented this car and had a terrible experience with the host after a third party backed into the vehicle while it was parked. I have witness support and evidence proving I was not at fault, yet the host is still pursuing a damage claim against me. Instead of handling this situation fairly, they filed a claim despite clear evidence of third-party liability. This kind of dishonest behavior from a host is unacceptable. Renter beware.
