Car was clean. Had an overheating issue but was not sure from what exactly. Overall a good car.
We checked the vehicle upon return , there was a big black plastic bag stuck in the bottom portion of the bumper blocking air from going in. Most likely caught from road debris. Plastic bag removed and car perform normal now

Headlight was out; really bummed the ride experience. They were very responsive and offered to swap vehicles, but it was inconvenient to do so. Great host; but felt I had a subpar experience with such a critical element out of place.
