Top of the list: the host Ehimare was awesome! Very nice and accommodating to say the least. The Ford C Max was smooth, clean, and overall a great car. First time driving a hybrid! Found the car right away despite the pouring rain and dark because the car was parked very conveniently. Directions Ehimare gave to find the car from Midway airport was spot on and super easy with the shuttle. Didn't even need to call for the shuttle.... Just step out the doorway on departure floor where he gives specifics to meet the shuttle and it arrives by itself. All you have to do is wait. Ehimare made everything smooth and easy. Kudos to the Ford C Max itself. It had Sirius satellite radio which was icing on cake!

Good communication and quick responses. They were always willing to answer any questions. The car was in good condition for a rental vehicle, with some scratches and signs of normal use, which they had already documented before the trip. The car was delivered clean on the outside and vacuumed on the inside. They also provide a car wash membership so you can return the car in the same condition.
The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because I had a small issue with the air conditioning. For a while, it stopped blowing cold air. After talking to a friend who owns the same car, he suggested running the fan without the A/C for a while to let it defrost (not exactly sure what was frozen 😅). After that, it started cooling normally again. Also, when the fan was set to high, a little water would occasionally come out of the vents, but it wasn’t a big deal.

Nice car great on gas will definitely rent again
