The Prius was a great little commuter and Art was really easy to work with! Art had excellent communication and drop off and pick up were very easy for us at the Burbank airport. The car was clean and had excellent gas mileage, which is essential in LA. We would definitely rent from Art again!

I had a very short and complicated trip with flight delays, quick return, etc. And Art was very accomodating and kind. He made sure that when both my first and second flights got delayed he was still able to have the car at the airport for my new pick up time. He messaged me beforehand to greet me, again on trip day and again for pickup. He was very prompt and kind for return of the vehicle as well. When picking up the car my phone was almost dead due to so many airport delays, he had a charger waiting for me and then asked me about my trip to ensure all was well. The vehicle was very smooth, easy to operate, ample space and great on gas. I would definitely recommend him as a host as well as the vehicle to anyone needing a vehicle in the area.
