Easy pick up and drop off. Excellent car

The car quality was high, it functioned well with no problems and was very comfortable. The tinted windows were a problem, though, as they’re dark and the front seat windows are tinted. This made it very difficult to see at night when turning, as the headlights only illuminate what’s directly in front of you and you couldn’t see out of the side windows. I won’t rent a car with tinted windows again. I would recommend to the owner that he give specific instructions regarding the lockbox, I only got the number and didn’t know that I also had to turn a knob to the right after entering the numbers. I turned this car in a day early and messaged the owner through Turo at that time. I left it at the same exact location, full of gas and with no trash inside. I didn’t know that I was supposed to check out via the app.

Regarding the return, you brought the vehicle back an hour and a half later than the agreed upon time and, unfortunately, without any prior notification via Turo or a direct message. There was a loud coming down for the left front wheel when I picked it up. Had been turned over pretty quickly so I don't think that the host had a chance to get it up to speed and hear the issue. Sounded like a wheel bearing very loud... There was also a slow leak in a front right hand tire that I was forced to address by taking it to a tire shop he did reimburse me without me asking. Overall it was a okay experience with the car but I would suggest to the future to the vehicles are checked a little bit better before putting back into service. The vehicle only had a 19,000 mi on it so it was almost new but had already been warned pretty well...
Thank you for your feedback. The car was returned from a previous two-week rental in that condition, so I did not have sufficient time to conduct a thorough inspection before your trip. An issue with a wheel also arose during your journey which you resolved promptly and I immediately reimbursed you for the associated expenses. As for the pickup location, we had agreed upon it in advance. Additionally, the car was returned with less than a full tank of fuel.

The trip was very comfortable and safe. Car is in good Technical state, almost new. Fuel economy is morę than perfect. You can do 46 mpg easily. Car was easy to find on LAX carpark. Strongly recommend this host.
