The vehicle was delivered dirty and not properly prepared for pickup, particularly for a Porsche rental at this price point. The interior surfaces, carpets, wheels, and exterior details all had visible dirt and buildup at delivery, which I documented immediately at pickup.
When I raised the issue professionally with the host, he acknowledged that he had not had time to wash the car and suggested that I wash it myself if I wanted it cleaned. No meaningful resolution or accommodation was offered.
