Had a unexpected $40 parking charge. I wasn’t expecting outside of that. Everything was great. This is definitely a car. I recommend for anyone who wants to enjoy Los Angeles views city Hollywood downtown LA just driving around in my cars very classy thank you.

While we did enjoy driving the Jaguar, I have to be honest and say the experience felt like the classic bait and switch. We specifically searched listings for a convertible Porsche, as we had our hearts set on driving this around LA. We found one belonging to this owner, reserved it, and even paid $88 for an Uber to Burbank to pick it up. When we arrived at the scheduled time, we were told the Porsche was not available. Had we known this in advance, we could have rented a Jaguar much closer to where we are staying and avoided the expensive Uber ride. Now we will also have to pay for another Uber to get us back to Santa Monica. Almost $200 wasted on Ubers for a car we didn’t even want! Then I asked about the price difference and a refund for that difference. Karen stated “they are practically the same price.” Well in her listing there is a $60 difference for the Porsche per day. Practically is NOT the SAME!
To add to our disappointment, the Jaguar was quite dirty on the exterior and the AC smelled of marijuana.
Do not recommend this owner. First experience with TURO as well and very disappointing. Will be reaching out to them as well.
