The car quality was good. No issues. Communication and return were another story. The location Jamshid provides us for drop-off was closed, and because we were short on time as a result we had to park in the north terminal parking lot. We thought that was the end of it, but than Jamshid gets upset with us because we didn’t consider that he lived far from the airport and wouldn’t be able to pick up the car right away (how would we know where he lives) and then also proceeds to send us a photo of the parking fee and condescendingly says how it’s our fault that he had to pay it on exit. Keeping in mind we had to pay an exit fee for the parking lot that we picked up the vehicle from originally when picking it up.

The designated return parking lot was open that day. I use it daily, and other guests return vehicles there without issues. You chose to park elsewhere because you were short on time. I even asked you to move the car to daily parking instead of hourly parking, but you ignored my request. Five hours later, I had to pay $50 in parking fees. Guests are expected to plan ahead and follow return instructions. Your poor time management should not become the host’s responsibility.
