Markus is the standard other hosts should be measured against. Communication was fast from the jump, instructions were clear, and he sent photos of exactly where the lockbox was so there was no guessing when I pulled up. Car was clean and drove great the whole weekend. I picked up a nail in one of the tires while I was out and he handled it without a single ounce of drama.. told me not to worry about it and took care of it himself. That says everything about the type of person he is. Ended up talking with him for a while at drop off and he's genuinely a good dude. I'll be booking this car again. Highly recommend.
