Easy to pick up. Nice car

The car was fine and clean inside, however there are a few issues that can be improved for a rating of 5.
1) Clearer instructions to get the car: had to contact owner to find the car. Partially an issue with the new airport, as it wasn't clear where the shuttle lot was, and then one on the bus which stop to exit, as the stops have names but don't show the lot numbers. Would be great to have specific instructions on how to get to exactly where the car is.
2) Windshield had bird droppings when we arrived, and the car was out of washer fluid. Had to stop at gas stations twice to wipe down windshield as it was also treated with a wax or other treatment, which made it blurry on the highway and hard to see out of, especially at night.
1- app includes clear instruction. Airport may be somewhat difficult to navigate for some first timers.
2-bird droppings beyond control when parked outside. Windshield fluid on me.

Carlos was very communicative and made the process so easy! The car was very clean and a joy to drive since it is well maintained. It’s smooth, great on gas, and most importantly warm! I would 10/10 recommend Carlos and his civic!!!
