This review is misleading. The guest arrived over 3 hours late with no communication, so I reported the issue to Turo and they handled it according to their policies. The trip was booked as nonrefundable, and hosts cannot authorize refunds in these circumstances. Despite rating the vehicle 5 stars across nearly every category, he left 1 star overall. He also smoked in the vehicle and left ash residue. Despite everything, I still gave him 5 stars as this was his first trip.
