Victor was very responsive and helpful throughout the trip. We had a couple of unexpected issues, including the initial Turo cancellation and a flat tire, but he did his best to help us resolve everything quickly. The beginning of the trip was honestly pretty stressful because of the unexpected cancellation, but Victor’s communication and support made the situation much easier to deal with.
The car itself was in excellent condition and clearly well taken care of. I especially loved driving the Highland Model 3. The ride was incredibly smooth, quiet, and comfortable, and it made our California road trip even more enjoyable. We spent a lot of time driving during the trip, and the car was great the entire time.
Overall, we had a great experience and really appreciated Victor’s help and responsiveness. I’d happily rent from him again and would definitely recommend him to others.
