Outstanding experience from start to finish! The car was spotlessly clean and drove great. Since it was my first time navigating the Philadelphia airport, I was a bit stressed, especially with my flight arriving early. However, the host's communication was amazing and guided me perfectly to the right spot. The pickup and drop-off process was so much easier than a rental agency, I just walked right out of baggage claim, and the car was waiting across the street in short-term parking. I returned the car there too. Seamless, convenient, and highly recommended!
