The trip was a nightmare but sometimes things just happen that are out of anyone’s control. Bad valve stem on a tire led to a flat. Roadside put a donut on for us and then towed the car back to the owners location. We had to uber to the airport tonight. I’m glad it was all taken care of but it made a mess out of our last day in Indiana visiting our daughter. Owner was very nice though and as helpful as she could be.

Thank you for the review. We appreciate feedback that will assist us in being a top tier small business. Unfortunately Some things at won’t have out control like when a car gets a flat. We can only be more vigilante moving forward although upon inspection at a certified dealer there was no issues or damage to the valve on the spare.
We still recognize the inconvenience and did our best to responsive to our customer. We appreciate your understanding and did offer a discount for the future.
