I can honestly say that this was a smooth experience, my first time using Turo and I’m definitely coming back: especially for this host! Doing business with Usman was a pleasure! He knows how to handle every possible situation and he is a genuiune representative.

Car quality was excellent. Pick up was inconvenient, they sent an Uber to take us to the car in the neighborhood. We did leave the car at the airport for the drop off. The GPS need to be enabled on the screen in the car. It was difficult driving in the city looking down at the phone. Otherwise it was pleasant. Maybe that's just New York.
