The car was nice but had lots of notices on dash and check engine light. Inside was clean exterior not so much.

Very disappointed in rental, the anterior of the rental was dirty with stains oil over the seats.A condom in the back seat

I take full responsibility for not inspecting the car between trips. I called to personally apologize and offered a future discount as a gesture of goodwill. A cleaning violation has been filed against the responsible party. I hope you'll give me another opportunity to provide the experience you deserved.
