Battery terminal issue and the hood was not opening. I was stranded

Unfortunately, this was a difficult experience. The guest misunderstood the delivery and trip-extension policies and complained frequently instead of following Turo’s procedures. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this guest to other hosts.
Really appreciate that he was flexible with pickup. Really fun car, lovely to have a convertible

Great car but couple problems, the apple CarPlay sometimes just doesn’t work and when you close the windows after opening the top the back windows don’t close all the way but other then that it was amazing and fun.

The vehicle is immaculate and edgy. Handles well , clean with the red leather that gives it more of a daredevil appeal. Riding with the top down my kids loved it. We created impressive and unforgettable moments. Hoping to use his vehicle in the upcoming year.The host is very polite too.
