I had a fantastic experience renting from Pu. From the very beginning, she was prompt, professional, and extremely helpful. Communication was clear and fast, and she made the entire rental process smooth and stress-free.What really stood out was her understanding and flexibility. I requested a bit more time for my return, and she kindly granted me an additional two-hour window without hesitation. That level of customer care is rare and truly appreciated.The Prius I rented was in excellent condition very clean, well maintained, and ready to go. It drove perfectly smooth, and the fuel efficiency was impressive, making it an ideal choice for both city and highway driving. You can tell she takes great care of her vehicles.
