Communication with the host was confusing. We found the vehicle with minimal effort. However, when examining the vehicle, we found that multiple things on it had been damaged and that we were expected to annotate it. And then he would tell us that damage had been incurred prior and he reported it to Turo. We had a broken mirror that did not meet Department of Transportation safety standards that limited our driving on the right side of the road. Our front passenger side was dented in completely and the left driver's quarter panel was held together with tape. The vehicle had a lot of cosmetic damage to it, but it did not impede its operational ability. I do not give 3,4, or 5 stars for non roadworthy vehicles. These issues need to be repaired immediately.

The car was in good condition. The communication was not the best. The pickup and drop off location were changed/negotiated multiple times and for a first time visitor, this did mot give peace of mind.
