The car itself ran great, but unfortunately it had a very strong smoke/marijuana odor throughout the vehicle when we picked it up, along with what appeared to be ash/residue under the radio. We weren’t given any heads-up beforehand. The host apologized and said he had been trying to clean it, but the odor remained throughout the trip. I also reached out beforehand about potentially adjusting our pickup time, but never received a response to that part of my message. We contacted Turo and received a partial refund.

In fact, last guest returns the car. We noticed this question. But the time is too short, so the problem has not been solved. I say sorry again. After your trip, we stopped any trip to solve it. Very happy to completed , and we must report that problem to Turo if any guests did it. Thank you for your attention. Thank you.
The host was late leaving the car and I had to wait under rain. No way I’m renting a car from him. Good car but unreliable host

The instructions 24 hours before the reservation was to start were clear and once we arrived at Boston Logan, finding the car was really easy and straightforward. The car itself was clean and drove great. The owner was very responsive and great to interact with. Would definitely rent their car again!
