Wow Ms. Victoria, pictures please of the dirty interior and stained seats. The only thing you said when you first got into the vehicle that it had older and I said bring it back. Let’s check it out because I didn’t smell an odor , but you ignored me and kept the car. I could’ve exchanged cars or took care the odor, if it was an odor. Is it because I wouldn’t give you an extra discount? I strive with excellency for my guest as much as possible. You can tell that by all the five stars. Take care
